Google Play Store, there is no introduction needed to describe it. It is world's largest application pool, from where users can download millions of apps. India has enthusiastically welcomed Google's every product, keeping the happy tradition alive, India is setting up the red carpet for Google Play Prepaid Vouchers.
What Google Play Prepaid Vouchers are? The Google Play Vouchers, also known as Google Play Gift Cards, which can be used to to purchase digital content such as apps, games, in-app purchases, and e-books from Google Play store. The cost of the cards has been decided as RS 500, RS 1000 and RS 1500. Google Play Gift Cards were first launched in UK 2012, since then the vouchers are on slow rollout throughout the world.
Google has announced that in India these Google Gift Cards would be available at Vijay Sales and Spice Hotspot stores in Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Kolkata, and Jaipur. Cashing in of the cards has begun from Tuesday. Since users can Gift Google credits to their family and friends, the cards are being warmly welcomed by the people. After Google Play Gift card, no other mode of payment would be required for purchasing any thing from Google Play Store.
Google India said in their blog on how people can collect their Google Play Gift Cards which reads "Simply ask the cashier at the register for a Google Play prepaid voucher. Pay using cash or any other form of payment accepted by the retail store and receive a redemption code that you can use to purchase digital content on Google Play."
Google Play Gift Cards can be vindicated by user by entering the code of gift card on play.google.com/redeem page or on their Android device via the Google Play app/Redeem option.
