Allen Solly is a garment manufacturer company. It is owned by Aditya Birla Group and started the functioning as Grasim Industries Limited in 1970; the group was operating into international venture or the first time. The organization exports fabric and its joint ventures are Thai Rayon, PT Indo Bharat Rayon. Firstly PT Elegant Textiles comprised in 1973 in Indonesia and after that in 1974 Thai rayon was incorporated.
The company had started its brand Allen Solly in the year 2000 and gained the turnover of millions. There are various joint ventures of the company and it also acquired Madura Garments especially for branded cloths business. Most of the percent of Thai Rayon has exported in more than 20 countries around the world. The Chairperson of the organization is Kumar Mangalam Birla and it was founded in 1948 in Mumbai.
