It is a luxury car maker company based Italy. Maserati was founded on 1st December, 1914 in Bologna and the headquarter of the company is located in Modena. Since 1993, it has acquired by Fiat Group and in this organization it was associated with Ferrari S.P.A and recently it has become a part of sports car maker Alfa Romeo.
Maserati has launched V8 Grand tourer in 2007 and GranTurismo S in 2008. The GranTurismo S convertible was released in September 2009. It's Jeep Grand Cherokee based SUV was again launched in Frankfurt Motor Show. Maserati is famous for making high class cars with luxury image and quality.
