Worst experience ever one can have with any showroom and service centre. Make false commitments when you go to buy the bike and as soon as you buy they wipe off their hands from all their responsibilities. Moreover when you go for vehicle servicing they do not do anything. Even the dirt and dust remain as it is. I strongly doubt that they even touch the vehicle. And when you ask something you get rude replies. They behave as if you have come to beg and they are doing favours by doing the service in spite of you paying for free services. When you talk to the supervisor he does not even look at you and does not bother to respond. Worst customer service. Not at all worth even to visit them. Worst people and worst customer service. So think atleast 10 times before anyone plans to go there.
Very bad service. I have serviced my Honda Shine four times but the condition as the same.
