I had booked maruti dzire vxi on 29.06.2014 from Vaus Automobiles Patna by depositing Rs.5000/- vide their receipt no REC14000782 dated 29.06.2014. Dealers rep Imran told me to enqire after 6 days. He did not call me and his mobile remained switched off. When I enquired on vaus landline some monika sharma picked up and told me that yes vehicle has been fetched and I can get delivery. On 26.07.14 some minu called me and I told her to come on 28.07.14. On 28.07.14 she gave me many calls but when visited they refused. It is a very sorry state of affairs that even after 1 month you are not able to deliver the booked van.
Today when my daughter approached they not only refused to arrange delivery but behaved indifferently. I also talked to these people over their mobile no 9304979054, 9905406075 and firstly they said that the vehicle is there but finally they refused and told that they have sold it to another person.
They were forcing me to take vehicle of their choice and not of mine. Furthermore they were finding fault in me accusing me of anything just to solve their interest. When one is not able to give service to human how can he give service to goods. In view of above I request your honour to please return my booked amount Rs.5000/- which has been received by them vide your receipt no REC14000782 date 29.06.2014.
