I purchased Hero Splendor Classic Pro from your showroom on 24 JAN 2015 and done 2 services and 3rd services done on 24 10 2015 and i have mentioned with 3 problems 1 chain sound loose 2 front wheel shake 3 oil change but the done 3 and but 1st chain sound loose i think the make very tit are something wrong today 30 10 2015 my friend got injured from bike because of bike chain is broken BROKEN and he fall on road and he joined MJ Hospital Armoor Reg this i will come to you and you have to give us explanation about the Chain broken which is new bike not at even months Otherwise i will go to consumer forum.
