I would like to take this opportunity to thank each one of you working at Jeevan Nissan Madurai. My Family and Myself from Kerala were on tour on 6th and 7th in our Maruthi 800. We visited Kodaikanal and then reached Maduari. Spend one night in Madurai and were travelling back to via Tenkasi Courtalam to Kerala on the 7th. The time was around 4:50 Am in the early morning. When we reached near Jeevan Nissan showroom, our car twisted violently. I stopped the car and I thought it was a punctured tyre.
To my surprise none of the tyre was punctured. Then I looked at the back under the boot and saw the balancing rod was broken. I did not know what to do. To my surprise Security staffs at the gate came and asked what happened. I told them the case. They Helped me. I do not know what to say. May God Bless them, The car was not even Nissan. But the service provided by the security staffs were so superb. They helped me to find a welding shop near by.One Mr. Sreedhar was there. He did weld the balancing rod and that was a magnificent Job and we could travel back to Kerala and reached home safely. Without your staffs' help this never could be happened. Sir.
