i had given my new ZEN mobile for service on 01st April 2017. based on discussion with ZEN mobiles company. which i brought from online shopping. but i am really unhappy with the service. they took 3 days without doing nothing. also i have to call every time to the center and ask about the status. when i got returned on 6th April 2017 i observed scratches on my new mobile screen guard. people working there are really not very responsible of the customer products. Also there response to the customer queries is very bad.
