sachin sawant Dear Concern, Yesterday i visited Reliance communication at charkope opposite Bhagwati hotel. I spoke to Mr. Nitin regarding my query , i hope my query will get reolve. Again yesterday i received sms for new bill for this month, what the heck is going on..nobody is updating on my pospaid cancellation status..only sending bills.. i have paid all the bills on time. Requested for cancellation of postpaid before 4 months as my usage is hardly 3-4 days in a month. now afterpaying all bills on time, my connection doesn't get cancell also not converted to prepaid. this is something relinace is playing with existing customers. I am not going to pay any bill generated this month as i have been requesting from last 4 months. I have also made conumer complaint & forwarded all my concern to your MD. what type of services you are provindi to a person whou is using your services from last 6yrs...reall shame on reliance services. Cancell my postpaid on immidiate basis.
