Sir my landline no 220536 was requested to disconnect by me on 29 th apr but still it is not done. So i may have to pay rent for this month also without using it. I have already spoked about disconnect but went vain. Reason for disconnect is poor service by your staff. It also informed that unwanted service like Hangama.com was activated without my consent and charged unnecessarily. Dear sir madam I purchase point max 2500 for use internet before 5 days My issue is that is not connecting modem only in the status it is connecting and then scanning after thet immediatly status is ready and come to disconnect and signal is very good about 50dbm and link qaulity is 32 dbm it work properly in exchange and some other place but on my place it is the problem kindly solve I think it issue is in tower in bts machine old JE was saying the machine is old not work properly I m the near tower about 1 kilometer
