Dear All, This is to inform you all that a person called Suman Nath (Mob:9874185197) and who resides in 114B who has been claiming that he is the owner of Wega Infotech started supplying systems to us on verbal commitments that he would give us the best service at the cheapest rates and also he would provide us with EMI facility. Encouraged by this we ordered eight systems at an agreed rate of INR 14,000 from him totalling INR 1,12,000.We paid him INR 15,000 from SBI Credit Card on 4th March 2014(date of purchase of first eight systems),INR 15,000 on 7th March 2014,INR 30,000 on 20th March 2014,INR 30,000 on 31st March 2014.

Whenever we used to ask for the final bill he used to say that he would provide the final bill once the entire payment is made and in between if we need anything he would come within half an hour to resolve the same. He then vanished for two months stating that his mother is ill and he is outstation.He started calling me often and used to tell me that he is really struggling with money and I should offer him some more business. We had no intentions to buy further systems but he kept pestering us. He had mixed up with our staff and we had no intentions not to have any doubt on his conduct. He came on 25th May 2014 and demanded the rest of the amount. We paid him INR 15000 on 30th May 2014 and another INR 15,000 on 19th June 2014. He took the rest amount in cash for which we wanted a receipt however he kept delaying any paperwork. Note that all payments were made through credit card which he used to bring in our office, connect with our landline phone (033-40052362).

In July 2014, we started a new process for which we needed 20 systems on rent, however he suggested that we can buy all the systems new @ INR 10,000 each and if not required he would take it back post one month with no extra charge. He also said he would provide us a EMI and that we can pay in six months. He also said he has a friend who can provide Dell laptops at a rent of INR 900 and sent a sample of them. We took four of them as we wanted to send the same to our Dhanbad office. We had not faced issue last time so we bought 20 systems on 13th July 2014 for INR 2,00,000 however this time we told him that we would make the payment within 60 days our normal stipulation time and he would have to return the funds within this time only. We also made clear that we wanted a complete bill this time. We made a payment of INR 96,000 on 19th July 2014.

Post July 2014, we expressed our desire to return eleven systems. He did not come to my office for a week and then post that there was a death in my family for which I was not involved in official matters. He finally said he would take back the eleven systems and install them in a service centre in Barasat for Samsung and he would pay back our amount of INR 1,10,000 on Thursday (4th September 2014). He said as a matter of standard procedure we would have to pay the complete amount first. I let my foot down and said we should get funds instead of giving funds. He stayed late in the office and kept assuring me that he has accounts guys who won't allow him to return if I donate pay full. Finally I relented and paid INR 64,000 on 30th August 2014 and then when he kept relenting I paid him another INR 10,000 on the same day itself. We had a laptop whose key board was not running. He came to the admin desk and took the remaining three of our owned laptops and said he can get it replaced at no extra cost.He promised that he would give it on Wednesday (3rd September 2014).

On Tuesday evening he came to our office, packed the systems in the original box and took eleven of them promising that he would pay us on 4th September 2014. However all hell broke loose on 3rd September 2014 when our admin executive called him on the morning and asked to return the three laptops. He said until and unless we return the four laptops he would not return the three laptops and that Wega Infotech is no longer his company and someone has bought it so he is demanding money from him. He said all my dues would be adjusted and then paid. We asked him to take his laptops back and return our original laptops. However he was insisting us on to keep it and kept telling that Wega Infotech has taken all his money and he would require to convince the new bosses to release my payments.We suspected something false and called.He had now realized that his fraudulent activity would be exposed.He turned off his phone.

We decided to visit his place at 114B Bina Pally, Laketown which he had mentioned once to my admin executive. We waited for him till 11.30 pm however he neither answered the call nor the locals recognized him.I then called him again. This time he picked up and threatened that I won't be able to touch him as he stays in Kolkata since birth and can erase or add any man or woman he/she wants. I then did a google search and fortunately I then spoke to the real owner (9830795994) who said he was only a supplier and nothing else. He has requested time to look into the matter and said that he would take immediate action against him It was because of our good nature and trust that he took advantage of us however we refused to reel under his pressure and would take all steps necessary.Please join us in the pledge to make Kolkata a fraud freed city.
