The German bike maker, BMW Motorrad, has displayed its Concept Path 22 at the podium of the 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show. The Scrambler based- Concept Path 22 built on the roadster, R nineT has already been unveiled by the firm at the fourth annual Wheels & Waves Festival that was held this year, in June 2015 in Biarritz, France. However, the Scrambler project has a genuine involvement of Roland Sands Design as well. The model is featured with a two customs surfboards and with a special leather jacket created by Mason Dyer. Moreover, the removable surfboard holder has been designed with leather and aluminum. In addition of Concept Path 22, the BMW Motorrad is also displaying the BMW F 800, BMW S 1000 RR, BMW S 1000 XR and BMW R nineT at the 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show.

The Concept Path 22 is featured with a carries system that has been designed for the surfboard, the motorcycle is very identical with Scrambler that carries stylish leather seat, off-road tyres, high-level exhaust system and much more. The motorcycle has been crafted with various enhanced elements, such as dual stainless steel exhaust pipes catered by Akrapovic, Ohlins suspensions, Gilles tooling and handlebars, Metzeler tyres, cutting-edge milled parts fitted by RSD, turn signals integrated into the handlebar ends and MotoGadget’s instrument panel.

The BMW Concept Path 22 has borrowed its complete technical configurations with its original model as the motorcycle is powered by an air/oil-cooled flat twin cylinder (Boxer) engine. The 1170cc engine displacement has been tuned to generate a maximum power of 110 BHP at 7550 RPM and a peak torque of 119 Nm at 6000 revs.
