The 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show has created a big splash today by unveiling the luxurious iconic products. The Italian two-wheeler maker, Ducati, has also displayed its next generation 2016 Monster 1200 R during the Volkswagen Group Night. The latest generation 1200 R will feature a more powerful engine, a stiff and lightweight sportier chassis and an advanced design, which will stand apart it from the crowd of cruiser motorcycles. The new Ducati 1200 R is based on the 1200 S sibling that will reward you by its outstanding performance and dynamic ride quality at the both road and the track.

It is very clear that the firm wants keep the motorcycle in the row of top five powerful motorcycles. Moreover, the new powerful motorcycle boasts a powerful engine displacement which claims to boost the performance of the motorcycle. The latest edition of the naked Monster is powered by the 1198cc Testastretta L-Twin motor that oozes a claimed 160 BHP of power at 9,250 RPM and 131.5Nm of torque at 7,750. The motor is mated to the same six speed transmission.
The new Monster 1200R is built on a tubular steel trellis frame that sits on front Ohlins fully adjustable 48mm upside down forks and rear fully adjustable Öhlins monoshock on aluminum single-sided swingarm, whereas, the braking duties are taken care by front twin 330 mm floating discs by Brembo and rear a 245 mm disc brake. The Anti-lock Braking System is standard in the motorcycle. Moreover, the motorcycle is packed with the host of dynamic features, that include 8- level Ducati Traction Control, riding modes- Sport, Adventure & Urban and 9 MP Anti-lock Braking System.
