Under this projected MVB 2016, the cost for issue and renewal of all type driving licence will be increased upto Rs 1,200 from the current fee of Rs 320. As the government proposed, the driving lessons fee will also marked a four-times hike in licence issue and renewal for the driving schools from Rs 2500 to Rs 10,000.
Also, the one-time fee of Rs 50 for conducting a driving test for driving licence will be six fold and figured Rs 300 for each class of licence applied for particular two wheeler or four wheeler. Consequently, the combined test will be priced about Rs 600 for the applicant.
