Suzuki is all geared up to launch its Access 125 scooter in the Indian two-wheeler market tomorrow, which was unveiled at the 2016 Delhi Auto Expo. While the updated variant has got a completely different styling from the previous model, it is also anticipated to be priced between INR 55000 to INR 60000. Access 125 will compete against the most popular commuters Honda Activa 125, the Vespa VXL 125 and the forthcoming Mahindra Gusto 125.

Powering the new machine is a 124cc, 4-cycle, single-cylinder, air-cooled, SOHC, 2-valve engine that is competent to generate 8.58BHP of pinnacle power at 7000RPM and 10.2NM of peak torque at 5000RPM. All power is sent back to the rear wheel via a CVT transmission. A couple of striking perceptible features of the scooter are larger under seat storage and extended seat. Furthermore, it has got an enhanced floorboard, optional DC socket, optional front disc brake, Suzuki electric start system, a new instrument panel having a digital display, tubeless tyres and a covered key lock system when compared to the previous version.
The prices of the scooter are in disguise yet. Though, it will be interesting to see that whether it would stand against the very popular Activa 125 or not. Nothing can be said by this time as Mahindra Gusto 125 has not been launched till now.
There will be five color options available for the 2016 Suzuki Access 125- Pearl Suzuki Deep Blue, Candy Sonoma Red, Pearl Mirage White, Metallic Matt Fibroin Gray and Glass Sparkle Black.
