It is now confirmed that the all-new Hyundai Xcent Facelift will be launched in India on 20th April, 2017. The Sedan is expected to be loaded with many new features. New Xcent will be meant only for the individual buyers and not the taxi or fleet market. Maruti Suzuki Swift Dezire is a competitor of Xcent and the carmaker will very soon come up with the updated version of Maruti Suzuki Swift Dezire as well. Hyundai's new Xcent comes under the category of 'Modern Premium Car'.

Xcent is coupled up with the new 1.2 litre U2 CRDI which is better than previous one 1.1 litre.

The facelift model will surely get an engine upgrade, from the diesel side, the new Xcent is coupled up with the new 1.2 litre U2 CRDI which is better than previous one 1.1 litre. This similar change happens to be seen in Grand i10 too. The new car improves the capacity power of the engine i.e 74 bhp along with an enhancement in peak torque of 190 Nm. From the petrol side, the new Xcent is coupled up with 1.2 litre Kappa engine along with 82 bhp. The engine is mated to a 4-speed AMT transmission.

The features and equipment of new Xcent will be similar to facelift Grand i10 that was launched few days ago. From the interior front, the car is built up with a better finished cabin along with a completely reworked central console. The car also contains touchscreen infotainment system feature like Mirror Link, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, Bluetooth and reverse camera. From the exterior front, Hyundai modifies and provide a better stylish and modern features in Xcent facelift. Buyers and professionals didn't like the last car launched by Hyundai just because of its rear. So the new Xcent facelift had done well to makeover the exterior of the car. As per the car images, it is confirmed that the car has come up with two-piece tail-lamps extending from the rear fenders onto the boot lid.

It is supposed that prices are unlikely to change because Hyundai want to stay aggressive in the market. Yet Hyundai didn't disclose the prices of Xcent model. Recently launched TATA Tigor was liked by buyers just because of its attractive price. We will let you know the prices of the Xcent, once the car launches in the market and available in the dealer store. Prices of Xcent Facelift may vary model to model and variants.
