KTM Duke 390 that was only available to purchase in the ‘electric orange’ colour scheme earlier, has now got the White colour option for the Indian enthusiasts as the 2018 version.Though the model was already on sale at the International ground.
The sources at the KTM dealerships revealed that there is no difference in pricing of the motorcycle. The White coloured new KTM Duke 390 is also priced at INR 2.38 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). However, the thing that came out is the KTM Duke 390 has witnessed hike in price around four times in the last few months. The calculated hike in price is around Rs 10000.
If the features on this new Duke 390 is considered, it receives the introduction a host of new attributes and some sort of tunning. The 2018 iteration now gets instrument cluster with software update along with the adjustment in idle rpm. The current idle rpm range varies from 1200-1800rpm instead of the earlier 1,200-1,800rpm. Moreover, for better hot air management, the radiator shrouds are also revised.

Beneath the fuel tank, the 2018 390 Duke gets the similar old 373cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine from the old model. The mill in question churns out the maximum power of 43.5hp at 9,000rpm along with 37Nm of torque at 7,000rpm. Whereas, the braking is under the consideration of disc brakes with switchable dual channel ABS supplied by Bosch.
