The new Volvo V60 launched in Stockholm, Sweden on February 21, 2018. The fully revised variant of the car is now available at the home market. The Volvo V60 is the second-generation model in a row and it is most probably looks like a mini-Volvo V90 which is 126mm longer, 75mm lower and 57mm narrower than the previous model.
It stretches to 2,040 mm in width, 1,427 mm in height, and 2,040 mm in width. The wheelbase is also extended by 96 mm to 2,872 mm. It has SPA platform in relation to Volvo 90 Series models and second-gen Volvo XC60. The company launched the car with our regular engines and two plug-in hybrid powertrain choices.
Both the models get a 10.4 kWh Li-Ion battery to give a pure-electric driving range of 45 km.
It gets loaded features such as concave radiator grille, 20-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels, dual exhaust tailpipes, L-shaped LED tail lamps, Thor’s Hammer design, LED headlamps, Volvo Iron Mark logo, 9-inch Sensus touchscreen infotainment system along with navigation, power side bolsters, 4-zone automatic climate control, 1,400-watt, 19-speaker Bowers, a 12-channel amplifier, front seat ventilation and massage, head-up display, Wilkins audio system, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, sport steering wheel, power folding rear-seat backrests, and concave radiator grille.

Apart from this, the new production Volvo V60 is available with driver assistance features, advanced safety, Pilot Assist, City Safety with Autobrake, Auto brake technology, detection systems, and automatic braking. Furthermore, it also gets autobraking to reduce oncoming collisions.
It obtains Pilot Assist system which is a semi-autonomous drive technology that performs at 130 km/h speed. The model employed in the Volvo V60 is enhanced regarding performance.
The new version is in Sweden concerning Momentum and Inscription grades. The car is priced at SEK 3,17,000 (INR 25,34,685.13) and the production will start from March or April-May.
