Well known American auto maker Ford has finally revealed the new 2015 Ranger truck completely with the already available exterior changes like new bonnet, bumpers, projector headlamps, chrome grille and a few more as well. The major revelations are about the engine part as all the motors are more efficient now. The 3.2 Litre 5-Cylinder Duratorq TDCi diesel engine produces 200 hp power and 470 Nm torque and has been mated 6-speed manual or automatic gear transmission box. The second one is the 2.2 Litre 4-Cylinder units which is good to produce 160 hp power and 385 Nm torque and its efficient version produces 130 hp power and is 22 percent better than the current version.
The petrol engine powered Ranger will have the 2.5 Litre mill to produce 166 hp power and 225 Nm torque. The company has also told that the changes in this new Ford Ranger's suspension and steering will lead passengers to more comfort and better off-road capabilities.
There are some noteworthy features inside the car as well like new 8-inch touchscreen display, adaptive cruise control, electronic stability, hill launch assist, adaptive load control, emergency brake assistance, front and rear park assist, lane keeping alert and much more as well. The car will be available to most part of the world by the 3rd quarter of the year and I guess the time is good enough to let you think and decide that you want to buy it or not.
