The German automaker's production line in full swing as it has lunched another majestic SUV called the BMW X5 with a price tag of INR 70.8 Lac ex-showroom in India. The latest SUV has received much appreciation from the buyers and critics as well. Now, to get you a little overview of the BMW X5, here below are some specs and features.
BMW X5 gets the power from a TwinPower xDrive30d Turbo Inline 6-Cylinder Diesel engine which has the capability to produce 258 hp @ 4000 rpm and 560 Nm torque @ 1500-3000 rpm with all wheel drive system. The new Eeo-pro mode used in it results 20% less emissions and hence making it more eco-friendly. It also has 8-speed automatic transmission system with the 0-100 km/h acceleration in 7 seconds and a maximum speed of 230 km/h.
If we look from the outside, then the car has a decent SUV range length of 4,886 mm, 2,184 mm width and 1,762 mm height with 2,933 mm wheelbase. Apart from these, the BMW X5 has been gifted with large air inlets, new air breather in front wheel arches, elegant LED lamps and a fancy aerodynamic design. On the rear part, the airflow has been improved by applying an Air-blade on the D-pillar.
The Interiors of the car also has faced serious changes along with some regular ones like top-notch leather seats with classy style, extra-ordinary surfaces, fine lighting and utmost comfort. The new enhanced touch panel navigation system gets the new power to start work within 10 seconds. Also, the iDrive navigation has better control of the functions and display with rear view camera.
