The German car manufacturer, Audi has made the demonstration of its top of the class vehicle, 2015 TT roadster at the Paris Motor Show 2014 today. It will go on sale in Germany very shortly, but the TTS sportscar is about to take the marketplace in the next year. Both of these runabouts are based on the MQB platform and gets a latest fabric roof alongside the parts of magnesium, aluminium, steel and plastic. The roof has the weight of only 39 kg that is 3 kg lighter with regard to its predecessor.
The Audi TT roadster has come out at the Paris Motor Show with two 4 cylinder engine variants for petrol and diesel. The 2.0 liter TFSI petrol mill creates the output of 226.7 bhp alongside 370 Nm of torque, while a 2.0 liter TDI produces the output of 181.4 bhp with 380 Nm of torque. On the other hand, the TTS sportscar is powered by a 2.0 liter TFSI engine to generate the output of 305.63 bhp and the torque of 380 Nm.
It can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.9 seconds ahead of achieving the electronically top speed of 250 km/h. Within 10 Seconds, the electronic roof will open or close and can be directed at velocities up to 50 km/h.
