Bajaj Discover F150 and 150S will be Coming Live Today, Prices Inside

The day has come when discover of the Bajaj's latest motorcycles come to an end. The newly introduced Bajaj Discover F150 and Discover 150S will be reaching to the Bajaj dealerships officially. The most awaited commuter motorcycle 150S and F150 will be making their official appearance in almost all the showrooms of Bajaj in various big cities of India.

However, the company has started accepting bookings for Discover 150S in the last week of July, 2014 with a pre-payment amount of Rs 500 only. The 150S had made its appearance at the dealerships from 23rd July onwards, but the manufacturer hasn’t spoken a word about the launching event of both the motorcycles. Hence, the bookings are already started so might be the company also commence delivering the motorcycles pretty soon from the upcoming week.

Talking about the technical details, the blood brothers from the Discover Series, F150 and 150S both shares the same four-stroke, single-cylinder, 150cc engine with DTS-i motor, delivering the total power of 14 PS. The engine is mated to a five-speed gearbox. It can also be said that the Discover 150S would be a naked version of the F150. Apart from the body fairing, both the brothers depict little more cosmetic or technical changes.

Discover F150 is a faired commuter motorcycle, carrying front fairing. The straight long seat, alloy wheels, covered chain and the dummy air scoops gives this motorcycle a completely new and fresh look. The braking system has been taken care by disc brake at the front and drum brake at the rear. The F150 also features telescopic front forks and monoshock at the rear. The Discover F150 is priced at Rs 58,739 (Ex-Showroom Price Pune).

The Discover 150S is a typical model from the Discover Series carrying the same alloy wheels, panels, monoshock suspension and body fairing from the Discover 125ST. Well, we can also say that this one is a big brother of 125ST carrying a 150cc engine along with the same cosmetic features. It will be coming with an optional disc brake variant that too in the front only. The drum brake variant Discover 150S will costs Rs 51,720 (Ex-Showroom Pune) and the disc brake variant is priced at Rs 54,725 (Ex-Showroom Pune).
