Bajaj, the renowned Indian two wheeler manufacturing company has reportedly fixed the India launching of its brand new Pulsar NS 160 in July 2017. The reports have been obtained from India.com/auto, according to which, the company has started billings for the Pulsar NS 160 at the dealership level, Meanwhile, the motorcycles have also started arriving the Bajaj dealerships across the country.
The Pulsar NS 160 was previously showcased with the Euro 4 emission norms in Turkey, in 2016 and was recently spied testing uncamouflaged on the Mumbai-Pune highway. Powering the beast is a 160.3cc, single-cylinder, oil cooled, four-stroke engine, which is capable of delivering a maximum power output of 15.2 hp along with 14.6 Nm of peak torque. The engine delivers power to the rear wheel with the help of a 5-speed transmission unit.
Moreover, the naked sports bike also comes with a single disc brake at the front and a drum brake setup at the rear end along with a single-channel ABS option. Additional features of the bike include a clip on handlebars, AHO(automatic headlamp on), digital-analogue instrument console, an underbelly exhaust, new fuel filler cap, split seats and LED tail lamps.

The new Pulsar NS 160 comes with a perimeter frame and measures 2,105mm in length, 800mm in width and 1,220mm in height. Moreover, it features a wheelbase of 1,363mm, a kerb weight of 135 kgs and has a fuel tank capacity of 12 litres. The bike is expected to be available with a price tag between 80,000 to Rs 85,000, ex-showroom, Delhi.
