Bajaj Pulsar SS 200 to be Entitled as Pulsar RS 200, Bookings open!!

Finally!! The wait is over now. Bajaj Pulsar SS 200, the most awaited sports motorcycle is now certainly moving towards the Indian shores. The firm has recently revealed the first official teaser showcasing the already disclosed curves and cues of the motorcycle. But what we've come across through the teaser is the most surprising thing for Pulsar enthusiasts; the manufacturer has given a new name to the motorcycle, i.e. the Bajaj Pulsar RS 200. Yes, it is not at all the Super Sports, it has now become a "Racing Sports" motorcycle. The tag line revealed by the manufacturer along with the teaser says a lot about the upcoming motorcycle "Fastest Pulsar yet".

Reviewing the technical specs, the Racing Sports motorcycle is getting its power from the very same single-cylinder, fuel-injected motor carrying an engine displacement of 199.5cc. The liquid-cooled motor employs 3-spark plugs which is tuned to churn out a maximum power of 23 BHP @ 9500 RPM and achieves a peak torque of 18.3 Nm @ 8000 revs. The fuel-injected engine helps to achieve a top speed of 140 KMPH, whereas it can also do 0-100 KMPH in around 9.8 seconds. As, we all know very well that the upcoming sports motorcycle is completely based upon the firm's flagship naked sports motorcycle, Bajaj Pulsar 200 NS.

Being a fully-faired sports motorcycle, Bajaj Pulsar RS 200 will be coming up carrying a gorgeous colorful livery glorifying with attractive graphics. The aggressive headlamps, parking lights and the racing riding posture are making the tag line worth. The firm has also taken care of the stopping power. Well, the top cherry over the cake is that the Bajaj Pulsar RS 200 is coming with Bosch ABS; as an option. And, yes, off course you need to pay some extra bucks to have this topping on your bike.

In order to grab it as soon as possible, you just need to visit the Bajaj dealership, as few of them have already started accepting bookings for the Bajaj Pulsar RS 200 with an initial amount of Rs 5000. Although, there is no official announcement from the manufacturer's end. The dealerships are committing to deliver the Bajaj Pulsar RS 200 by the end of April. The overall price tag is expected to reach Rs 1.35 Lacs and the firm is readying to launch the Racing Sports motorcycle anytime soon in the coming month.
