'Beast of Turin' Returns with Roaring Sound of 28.5 Litre Engine

Ever since the automobile engine was first manufactured, the performance of engines have the most discussed points. Nowadays, there are many cars with fine tuned engines that can produce a roaring sound and ample power to thrill the occupants. But, one such attempt was made in the year 1910 when Fiat manufactured an engine that has 28.5 Litre capacity and only 2 of such power houses were built because of their complexity indeed. The auto lovers could imagine the sound produced by this monstrous engine while comparing it to the current generations Lamborghini or Bugatti engines that has capacity not more than 8.5 Litre. Those Fiat engines were named as Beast of Turin and it definitely appears to be the right name for them.

Now, the ruins of one Beast of Turin (S76 car) engine were found somewhere down in Australia and has been reassembled to feel that what it's like to hear the sound of an engine that has the 28.5 Litre capacity. Though one thing is sure that the sound produced is certainly not for the weak heart people. However, assembling the engine was a huge task as you can see that in the video below.

In 1910, the power house was developed under the guidance of a British auto expert Duncan Pittaway who took the task very seriously and finally pumped the life into the only two S76 Beasts of Turin fitted in Fiat S76 Cars. Well, I hope that the car and engine enthusiasts surely liked the story.
