The BMW 3 Series Shadow Edition introduced in India with a price tag of Rs. 41.40 lakh (ex-showroom, India). The limited-edition model of the car is available along with diesel and petrol engine choices. The BMW 3 Series Shadow Edition takes 18-inch wheels, black chrome exhaust tips for a sportier exterior, headlamps and tail lamps in ‘Shadow’ smoked effect, and Kidney Grille in the high-gloss black finish. Inside the cabin, BMW takes a 10.5-inch virtual instrument cluster, a head-up display, an 8.7-inch central display, and a red/black seat upholstery. The special edition features M trim.

The BMW 3 Series Shadow Edition is visible in BMW 320d and BMW 330i engine models. The BMW 330i engine takes power from a 2.0-litre petrol engine which is able to churn out a maximum power of 252 hp and a peak torque of 350 Nm. It touches from idle to 100 km/h in just 7.2 seconds. The BMW 320d utilizes a 2.0-litre diesel engine which generates a peak power of 190 hp and a peak torque of 400 Nm. It reaches 0-100 km/h in just 5.8 seconds. Both engines come mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission as standard. The design of the wheels is different in both the variants.
The BMW 3 Series Shadow Edition petrol (BMW 330i) is priced at Rs. 47.30 lakh (ex-showroom India) and based on the BMW 3 Series M Sport. Likewise, The BMW 3 Series Shadow Edition diesel (BMW 320d) is priced at Rs. 41.40 lakh (ex-showroom India).
