How about Ducati's 1199 Panigale Superbike would become a Café Fighter? Well, the dream comes true here. The Gannet Design from Switzerland had showcased their new custom-make café fighter bike recently. This bike is customized from the 1199 Panigale superbike. Few days back, the Swiss designers customized the Ducati's 1199 Supperleggera, since then, everybody has kept their eye on them, expecting that they will bring up something more exciting with the Ducati 1199 Panigale.
What changes have been made in Ducati 1199 Panigale?
According to Ulfret Janssen of Gannet Design, he would like to introduce a mixture of café racer design and a street fighter mechanism. That's why the bike has given a name of "Café Fighter", as it is a mixture of Café Racer and Street Fighter. The designing of this bike is completely based upon the theme and it also promises to be a light weighted machine as compared with Ducati 1199 Panigale. Now, starting from its looks, the custom-make is featuring the same original fuel tank, but it had received more finish. The main highlight of this bike is its decorative engine fairing. The under body fairing covers the engine and gives this bike a complete new look.
The bike has received a solo seating arrangement. The front look of the bike is exceptionally aggressive along with its huge tank size. To provide better balancing to the bike, the underbelly has been enhanced with another voluminous design element. Coming to the rear section, the rear part has been completely removed, as it has given a Café-Racer look. The additional add-ons of this bike are designed from carbon-fiber. These additional elements are either painted or left in its natural cross-woven texture.
