Yamaha, a Japanese motorcycle manufacturer, wrapped off the much-awaited concept of Yamaha MOTOROiD at the event of ongoing 45th Tokyo Motor Show 2017. Based on the future revolution, it looks less motorcycle and more like an intelligent multitasking machine. MOTOROiD is an electric machine which runs automatically without hurting the obstacles in a path.
The Yamaha MOTOROiD is equipped with amazing features like face-recognition, self-balancing, and gesture-understanding. It is smart enough as it uses a face-recognition feature to identify its owner to start. Further while driving, it understands the hand movements to move further which makes it super smart bike in this class. It kicks off Honda’s self-balancing motorcycle as being more intelligent and satisfying.
In future, Yamaha can use this technology in other motorcycles for independent ownership experience. The Yamaha MOTOROiD is slim than other bikes by 600 mm as it measures 2060 mm in length and 1090 mm in height.

For now, the concept bike is available in single seat version only. The MOTOROiD concept weighs 213 kg. To create a better collaboration between a rider and a machine, it has a backrest style rear sensors which are able to render the tactile feedback to the riders. It is possible that in future Yamaha will be producing full-fledged motorcycle based on this concept model by utilizing different body panels. Though, it is not sure that the concept will be the same as the style statements changes randomly.
The concept model creates a new revolution of deep satisfaction and intense excitement with this MOTOROiD concept to employ artificial intelligence which produces new forms of personal movements to make the rider feel assimilated with the machine.
