Datsun India has successfully attained the milestone of manufacturing 1,00,000 lakh cars in India from its Chennai based production unit. The rolled out 1,00,000th unit from the mentioned production was the redi-GO 1.0-litre. Over the last three of brand’s operations in the country, the Datsun models such as Go, Go+ and the redi-GO garnered positive response from the customers. Other than this, Datsun contributes a big share of more than half of the total sales of Nissan Motors in India as claimed by the company.
Further, the company is hoping of carrying forward the same strong growth momentum in the country. The lately introduced redi-GO 1.0-litre coincidently get the chance of being honoured with this astonishing landmark.

The redi-GO follows the YUKAN that is a Japanese philosophy meant for brave and bold. Confirming the same, the company offers the car with a comprehensive safety package of Datsun Pro-Safe7. The Datsun redi-Go was introduced in June 2016 further the company has rolled out three of its trims including the redi-GO SPORT in September 2016, the redi-GO 1.0L in July 2017 and the redi-GO 1.0L Gold in October 2017. The latter one as company claimed has received an overwhelming customer response since its arrival.
