Announced to be delivered sometime in June, Datsun Redi-Go has finally arrived at the dealership. The spy shots have been revealed by goaonwheels that clearly shows the units in three different shades namely Red, Green and White. One who have made an advanced booking of the car can expect it in the first week of June. The price has also been confirmed earlier that lies between INR 2.5 Lakhs to INR 3.5 Lakhs (Ex-showroom).
Following the other details, the car is based on the same Nissan-Renault Alliance platform, which is currently available in the Renault Kwid hatchback. Dimensionally it measures 3,429 mm in length, 1,560 mm in width, 1,541 mm in height. The ground clearance is comparatively higher than the Kwid hatch with 5 mm. Besides the above mentioned color, the Redi-Go will also come in two more shades i.e Silver and Grey.

Some of the features have been listed such as high mounted rear windscreen, hexagonal grille, vertically stacked tail lamps, driver side air bags, etc. Furthermore, the hatch stands above the 6-spoke alloy wheels. Inside, it has also been featured with a music system with CD, USB and AUX as well as front power window and AC.
When it comes to the power and performance, you will found the same specs as the Kwid. It is powered by an 800 cc petrol engine that will push the unit with a power of 54 Bhp at 5,678 rpm along with a torque of 72 mm at 4,388 rpm. It is a 5-speed manual gearbox that has mated to the engine. Having integrated with all these, the trim has also been claimed to return 25.17kmpl of mileage. Loaded with enough elements, the Redi-Go will take on the rivals of a hatch that fits in the same range like, Maruti Alto 800 and Kwid.
