DSK Hyosung has introduced a limited edition of its anticipated Aquila 250 in India which includes three different shades of paint. The entry-level cruiser has been priced INR 2.94 Lakh and only 100 units of the bike will be available on sale in the country.
Apart from the new colour scheme, the Aquila 250 Limited Edition 2017 remains unchanged in terms of mechanical setup. The new paint shades of the cruiser bike are Matte Black, Matte Green, and Desert Brown.
As we mentioned before, the engine of the limited edition Aquila 250 is identical to that of the outgoing version. It boasts of the same 249cc DOHC V-twin motor that delivers the maximum power of 26.2 bhp @ 9,500 rpm, while the peak torque of 21.37 Nm churns out at 7,000 rpm. Power is transmitted to the rear wheel via a 5-speed manual pedal transmission.
To enhance the ride quality, it has telescopic forks up front and hydraulic double shock absorbers round the back. The bike also equipped with front disc brake and drum brake at the rear. The Aquila 250 features a massive 14-litre fuel tank that further provides better grip on its cruise legs.
The new 2017 Aquila 250 Limited Edition is being sold from the company’s authorised dealerships across the country carrying a price tag of INR 2,94,000 (ex-showroom, Delhi), a premium of 10,000 over the current model.
