I think the EICMA must create a separate field called the “Electric Field” for the machines running on electric energy. A good bunch of electric motorbikes are going to appear at the EICMA auto show with their bulky roosters. The Energica had given the world EGO during the last year, and this time they will be reaching the show with the electric street fighter EVA. The EVA will most probably be the naked version of the EGO while retaining the legacy of its superb powertrain.
The Italian brand is concerning this project to bring a rivalry product for the Brramo Empulse, which is the ruling contender in the electric naked sports category. As far as the features are concerned, the EVA will be threatening the world with the torque figure of 195 Nm @ 4700 rpm. The vehicle can touch the 240kmph mark at maximum while zooming with 136HP of power between 4900 RPM and 10,500 RPM. The energy consumption of the EGO might also find its place in the EVA being a 150km scorer while riding at the speed of 80kmph and 100km when going at 100kmph of speed.
The EGO is composed of various riding modes. There are 4 modes for riding as standard, eco, rain and sport. There are 4 regenerative maps also in this bike which are defined as low, medium, high and off. There are chances that the company will offer these functions on EVA as well. Currently, nothing is sure as the green poster is not showing anything but the raw structure of street fighter. The Energica EGO will also be placed there in its three color options. Let's hope for the best regarding the eco terms for earth's future.
