Fiat India is all set to bring Abarth powered cars Punto hatchback and Avventura crossover in the Indian automobile industry. According to the market report, the former will be launched on October 10,2015 while the latter will be available by the end of this year. The specifications and details of both the cars have been leaked before launch.
Coming to the mechanical configuration, Abarth Punto will get the power from a 1.4-liter T-Jet petrol engine that produces the class-leading power output of 145bhp and 212Nm of torque which is clubbed to a five-speed manual transmission. It can achieve speed of 0-100kmph in just 8.8 second. It is capable of giving a mileage of 16.3km/l.

While talking about Abarth Avventura, it will be packed with a 1.4-liter T-Jet petrol engine, that delivers the maximum power of 140bhp and 210Nm of torque. It is mated with a five-speed manual gearbox, which helps to accelerate 0-100kmph from standstill in mere 9.9 seconds. This Avventura offers a fuel economy of 17.1 km/l.
The Punto will be equipped with number of features, which are Abarth decals on sides, flared wheel arches with 16-inches alloy wheel flaunting Scorpion Sting style and attractive rear design. Moving on to the Avventura, it includes same features that are in Punto. Talking about the different elements, Punto will be painted with White and Black exterior shades and will also get the front and rear disc brakes, whereas Avventura will be offered with a White and Red combination that will carry ventilated front disc brakes and rear drum brakes.
