Fiat Chrysler Automobiles has conducted a loyalty camp for its Indian customers. A week-long service camp is started from September 19 and will continue till 25 September 2016 at all the Fiat India dealerships across the country. it is the second camp in a year, earlier the first one was being conducted back in March. At the authorized dealerships, all the Fiat vehicle occupants can get the benefit of offered services and discounts by Fiat India.
The course of loyalty camp scheme covers fifteen percent discount on the purchase of spare parts as well as on the labour charges for any mechanical repairs. Other than this, a 50 point free check up, battery inspection and a free top wash facility is also been provided by the active technicians at the service centre. The carmaker is claiming that the service centres will themselves contact their registered customers via messages and emails. So the Fiat owners whose vehicles are due for regular service can avail with this loyalty camp.
Mr. Kevin Flynn, president and managing director, FCA India, said, “FCA regularly conducts multiple service camps through the year. We encourage customers to take full advantage of these special service camps in order to maintain their Fiat cars at the lowest possible cost. We at FCA recognize that after-sales play a key role in customer satisfaction and this is just one initiative which we are taking to make sure our customers across India can avail themselves of good value high skilled service."
The FCA is trying to resurrect itself in the Indian market. The group has recently introduced the Jeep brand in the country. More in the queue, the Punto Pure, Punto Evo, Abarth Punto, Avventura, Linea, Linea Classic, and the Abarth 595 will also be rolled out in the coming future. The most important fact which auto major has observed itself is the after sales customer satisfaction. Hence, the Fiat India is focusing over loyalty camps for offering best services at reasonable cost.
