Honda Motorcycles, Thailand has brought up a new surprise for the Honda bike lovers. The company had introduced three new color options for the all-famous 150cc motorcycle. As, the Honda Motorcycles have introduced a latest and fresh paint-scheme for sporty-class motorcycle, CBR 150R is being updated with three new ravishing colors, but will be available exclusively in Thailand.
The company has acquainted the 150cc sports motorcycle with some of the visual upgrades, also including dual-tone features along with carbon-fibre accents. The dual-tone shade comprises Iconic-Red, Modish-White and Double-Black. And, the carbon fibre becomes a new member among the elements of the livery.
Technically, the CBR 150R will remain alike. The same 149.4cc engine will be powering the motorcycle, which is capable to achieve 17.57BHP @ 10,500RPM and 12.66Nm of torque @ 8,500RPM. The DOHC single-cylinder engine is coupled with a 6-speed transmission box. The motorcycle is built around a Twin tube Diamond frame and weighs only 138Kg with fully-faired robes.
The Honda CBR 150R was brought up in India almost two years ago, in the year 2012, carrying a price tag of Rs 1,30,422 (On-Road Delhi). Since, then the motorcycle hadn't received any technical or cosmetic updates. After seeing the market situation and as the festival season is arriving, this might be the right time for the company to bring in the new paint scheme in the Indian market as well. During the festive season, the new CBR 150R will be able to play a sturdy game with Yamaha R15, Yamaha FZ or the upcoming KTM RC200 as well.
However, let's see how long we have to wait for these new-fangled paint scheme of Honda CBR 150R to be launch on the Indian roads.
