The Honda CR-V which received an update in India not so long back has caught testing once again in for the 2016 model in the Canada under the camouflage all over the body. The new Honda CR-V will be updated overall, including exteriors, interiors and the engine too. Also, the reports are indicating that the price of new Honda CR-V may get increased with the features. The Honda CR-V is a famous SUV all over the world and the company doesn't want to lose its name in the market as the competition is getting harder and harder.
On the features front, the Honda CR-V will be more stylish now as it's supposed to get the new twin port front grille, twin slats in chrome finish, revamped headlamps, new bumper, fog lamps and the more effective air-dam on the exteriors. And, for the interiors, the new Honda CR-V will minor updates only as nothing can be concluded from the spy pictures.
For the engine too, the car may not see any update as it's already on its utmost limit. The Indian version of the car has the 2.0 Litre and 2.4 Litre petrol engines which are capable of producing the 156 PS power/ 190 Nm torque and 190 PS power/ 226 N torque respectively. The transmission in the lower power model is available as the 6-speed manual and 5-speed automatic, while the latter one has only 5-speed automatic version available for sale. Though, you can opt for the 4 wheel drive system as per your choice in the latter 2.4 Litre variant. Now, it would be very interesting to see that how people respond to this externally new Honda CR-V in 2016.
