Honda NXR 160 Bros Likely to Be Launched In India Next Year

A short time ago, the Japanese two-wheeler maker has made an announcement that the firm will launch performance oriented and most affordable motorcycles in the country soon, which might also be showcased at the 2016 Auto Expo. It seems like the company is going up with its promise as the Honda India is almost positively on the verge of introducing an all-new motorcycles in the Indian two-wheeler market in the forthcoming year. The Hero Impulse was the first motorcycle in the dual-sport line-up, now, there are such no model available to following the same space. Recently, the company has patented the design of its upcoming Honda NXR 160 Bros in India.

2016 Honda NXR 160 Bros

The NXR 160 Bros is the most popular duel-sport motorcycle in South America, which looks very identical to Hero Impulse, in terms of design and looks. The company has only filed patent design of NXR 160 Bros in India, apart from this, the other details are unknown for Indian line-up. The new duel-sport motorcycle might be followed the same engine line-up as Honda CB Unicorn 160 and Honda CB Hornet. Furthermore, the company is not in mood to introduce this motorcycle this year, but likely to be launched by the first quarter of 2016.

Honda NXR 160 Bros Front

Currently, the Honda NXR 160 Bros is available in Latin America where the bike rides on a 163cc, single-cylinder and air-cooled motor that delivering a 14.5 BHP of power at 8500 RPM and 14.3 Nm of torque at 5500 RPM, the engine is mated to a 5 speed transmission. The motorcycle is featured with a front 180 mm telescopic forks and 150.3 mm rear mono-shock suspension, while braking duties are taken care by front and rear disc brake. The arms on the both side help to reduce the vibration and friction.
