As the crossover market in India is growing swiftly and many cars like Ford Eco-Sport, Renault Duster, Nissan Terrano and others as well are making good profits. Now, one of the most famous small car manufacturers Hyundai is all set to get itself launched in the crossover segment with its ix25 based car Hyundai Creta. There already have been much anticipation about this car regarding its launch, engine details and features as well. Now, there is some news coming in the market that the company would launch this in India and that would mark its world premiere too. Well, this certainly would be a huge boost for the Indian automobile market.
The launch date is supposed to be sometime during 3rd week of July 2015, however no official statement has been made yet. Coming to the car details, it would be powered by 1.6 Litre VTVT petrol and 1.6 Litre CRDi diesel engine as well. An optional lesser priced version with 1.4 Litre CRDi diesel engine could come as well. Reports have also suggested that both automatic and manual transmission systems as well.
As its world-wide launch is concerned, the company might sell this car in some South East Asian markets with Europe, Australia ans South Africa as well. The car would definitely be a competitor and is expected to increase the brand value of Hyundai in the growing Indian car market.
