Indian Roadster is the flagship touring motorcycle from the Springfield, USA based legendary motorcycle maker. The company issued a recall for 7392 units developed during 2015-2017. The considered reason behind calling off these motorcycle is faulty sealing plugs in the wire harness that prone to water. It can result into short circuit and malfunction in the brake light. Altogether, it is harmful for the vehicles coming from behind, which may result in crash.
To resolve this situation, automaker will not only remind the owners but also replace the trunk wiring from a new one that contains sealing plugs in the connectors, free of cost.

Featured with the components such as 37 gallons storage space, LED lighting, new Horizon windshield, heated grips, heated leather seats, front and rear highway bars and adjustable passenger floorboards, the 2016 Roadmaster is powered by the massive Thunder Stroke 111 motor. With EFI system, the engine is capable of transmitting 119.2 ft/lbs @ 3000 rpm to the rear wheel via mated gearbox.
For available range of Roadster in India, there are no words said by the Indian Motorcycles. Here, this touring mount is available to purchase at the price tag of INR 38.75 lakhs. In addition to that, the more refined version of the same, the Roadster Elite is likely to mark its availability soon at pricing around INR 45 lakhs ex-showroom. Bookings for this special edition model has already been commenced in the country. Sadly, only a single unit of the Roadster Elite will be given to its fortunate owner.
