Intermot 2016 is in progress and with each passing day, it is delighting us with some interesting unveilings on the ground. Here’s the new Bonneville family- T100, which Triumph has announced at the event and the good news is, it will make a move to India as well. The Bonnies will be smaller over the larger ones, getting a 900cc engine and beyond 150 accessories available. So, start saving your pennies as more affordable Bonnevilles are arriving for us!!
Apparently, the new range is going to be clasped in one genre, which will be called as the T100 family. Sporting a 900cc engine, they will generate 54BHP of power accompanied with 80NM of torque. Thanks to the ‘torque assist clutch’ technology, the part has light lever action now. Otherwise, nothing prominent about it has been there. Safety, on the subsidiary note, is being taken care by the standard suite of ABS. Traction control is switchable with ride-by-wire making its presence as well. The newbies are smaller in size as well as they have a shorter wheelbase, rake, and trail.
The statistics of the instrument panel showcases which gear you have selected, odo reading, twin trip meters, DTE, fuel level, traction control settings, average and instant fuel consumption, and a service indicator. Service in Europe will be required at every 16000 km now, though it might be lower for India.
Black is evergreen and if you think the same, go for the T100 Black as it gets black all over. From rims to exhausts and engine covers, you’ll find everything in this color on the bike.
