Since last week, a 3D sketch of an upcoming motorcycle from BMW Motorrad has been rolling all over the places. The rendered image, which has surfaced online, is expected to be the next updated Superbike from the German motorcycle maker. The surfaced image of the upcoming motorcycle is supposedly named as 2015 BMW S1000RR.
The German manufacturer has scheduled to unveil its upcoming super bike in the early October at the Intermot, Cologne, 2014 or it might get displayed at the EICMA motorcycle show, which will be going to held in Milan in the month of November, 2014. Well, at this point of time, it is highly uncertain to say anything about the upcoming motorcycle on the basis of its partial image; however, the 3D image shows that it would be a fully-faired super bike carrying amazing riding experience along with it.
An upcoming motorcycle was being spied in the Germany while it's testing and it is highly expected that it could be the next Superbike coming in the market. Highlighting the technical features of the 2015 BMW S1000RR, the upcoming motorcycle might be sharing its technical specifications with the existing model of S1000RR. The 2015 BMW S1000RR is powered by the same inline, four-cylinder engine, which gives an engine displacement of 999cc. The engine is capable enough to churn out a total power of 193BHP and peak torque of 112Nm.
The 2015 BMW S1000RR might have also gone through some noticeable cosmetic changes as well. It includes updated front and side fairing, a newly designed tail but it clearly misses out the lenses in the front cowl headlamps. The most appealing change 2015 BMW S1000RR will be going through is its redesigned muffler, which is blessed with two exhaust ports. The updated version of the 2015 BMW S1000RR seems to be a tough competitor for other Superbikes available in the market such as Honda CBR 1000R and Aprilia RSV4.
