The well known luxury vehicle manufacturer, Jaguar has already demonstrated its SUV F-Pace at the 13th grand auto event, held in Delhi back in February 2016. While the launch is expected to happen during the festive season of this year, the variant wise specs have already been listed on company’s official website. Built on the iQ aluminium intensive platform, it would make you run about INR 80 Lakh to INR 90 Lakhs (Ex-showroom).
As the details available on the website, the F-Pace will be available in four different variants namely, Pure, Prestige, R-Sport and First Edition. Where the first two trims will be powered by a lighter diesel engine of 2.0-litre four cylinder unit, the other two will come packed with a heavier diesel engine of 3.0-litre V6 units. In terms of power, the former is good for 180 PS of power and 430 Nm of torque and the later is tuned to spits out 300 PS along with a peak torque of 700 Nm. Both engine range will come mated with an 8-speed transmission box to send the power at all wheels.
Talking about the features, the base version of the F-Pace carries features such as 18-inch alloy wheels, Bi-function Xenon headlamps integrated with LED daytime running lights, two-zone automatic climate control, power adjustable front seats, Jaguar InControl touch infotainment system, cruise control, front and rear parking sensor, etc. Alongside these, the Prestige has also been adorned with headlamp washers, rear view camera, and Taurus leather upholstery.
Moving towards R-Sport that flaunts some additional features like sporty body kits, 19-inch alloy wheels, LED headlamps, gesture control tailgate, larger front brakes, electric adjustable front seats, reclining rear seats, ambient lighting, electric-adjust steering column, updated InControl music system and surrounded camera system. The First Edition mill is going to be offered with a limited numbers of unit that comprise with 20-inch alloy wheels, Meridian audio system, Windsor leather upholstery, panoramic sunroof, etc.
