Jaguar's entry level luxury sedan car, XE sports saloon has been launched at the ongoing 2016 Auto Expo, which is organised at New Delhi. In a bid to make more impressive, new sedan has been launched for India by famous Bollywood Actress Katrina Kaif. The car has been question here, is built on an aluminium architecture that can be seen in F-type and carries a price tag of INR 39.09 Lakhs for the pure and goes up to INR 46.50 Lakhs for the Portfolio (Both ex-showroom New Delhi).
Coming to the powertrain, Jaguar XE will appear in the market with a newly designed engine family (Ingenium) with a choice of two engine options. One will be powered with a 200 PS, turbocharged, petrol motor and the other one will be a 241 PS turbo-petrol. Both motors will be equipped with an 8-speed gearbox. The company also claims that the 241 PS engine speeds up from 0-100 Km/h in just 6.8 seconds.

Talking about features, Jaguar XE loaded with premium leather upholstery, a large touchscreen infotainment system, torque vectoring, all surface progress control, panoramic sunroof, electronic power assisted steering and Jaguar smart key system. With all that features, car will made available in seven colors. There is also in news that company has already started the advanced booking for this new sedan and might be planning to take on the others car like BMW 3 Series, Audi A4 and Mercedes Benz C-Class.
