The superbikes from Kawasaki, the Ninja H2, H2 Carbon and H2R has been updated with 2019 model year updates. They received a host of new features along with the powertrain altered for more power generation than earlier.
The 2019 Kawasaki Ninja H2 which gets a 998cc, supercharged engine will be powered by an increased power of 227.8 HP at 11,500 RPM along with 141.7 Nm of peak torque at 11,000 RPM. In order to control that improved power, a set of new Brembo Stylema calipers are provided which are highly responsive than the last pair of calipers.
Further, a new TFT colour display is included to the instrument console. Altogether, the facility of connecting your smartphone wirelessly via using ‘Rideology The App’ is also being provided. The rider can access a number of instrument functions like vehicle info, riding log, telephone notice and much more.
On the other hand, the 2019 Kawasaki Ninja H2 which rides on Bridgestone RS11 tyres gets LED lights all around. The motorcycle gets painted with a colour scheme which with a special coat can repair scratches themselves. It is put on sale at the pricing of INR 34.5 lakhs (ex-showroom, Delhi). Whereas to purchase the more visually appealing H2 Carbon with carbon paint finish, one has to shell out the big amount of INR 41 lakhs (ex-showroom, Delhi).
The 2019 Kawasaki H2R is a race-focused variant of the H2 model. It gets power from the 998cc supercharged engine that is capable of rolling out the maximum power of 305.7 HP at 14,000 RPM and a peak torque of 165 Nm at 12,500 RPM. The racing bike doesn’t feature LEDs not even any lights. On the electronic package, all the bikes are packed with Kawasaki’s traction control and other prominent gizmos in order to give an overall control over the bike. This one will cost you INR 72 lakhs (ex-showroom, Delhi).
