Kawasaki India has launched a mobile application named as IKM connect. Exclusively available for Kawasaki owners, the application will supply a better ownership experience to its customers. As of now, the application is available only for Android platform whereas, for iOS, the Japanese giant will roll out the app as soon as possible.
The facilities which will be provided via app includes a service for the bike, spare parts purchase, keeping service history and the notifications whenever company held service camps by brand’s mobile vans. At the launch event, Mr. Yutaka Yamashita, Managing Director of India Kawasaki Motors, said “Digital is the way forward. With IKM Connect, I hope that our customers will have easy access to service bookings, event information, spare parts etc.”
He further added Mr. Yamashita” One of the most attractive features of IKM Connect is the accessories section in which customers will see genuine Kawasaki apparels, merchandise and vehicle accessories which are used in the international market. I am sure, our passionate customers will be fascinated to surf through our accessories section.”
