Kawasaki's Ninja is one of the best entry-level offerings in the world. The Ninja brand has been with Kawasaki since 30 years and to celebrate that, Kawasaki unveiled the Ninja 300 30th Anniversary Edition last year. However, it has never been reinforced to India. For 2015, Kawasaki has quietly launched the Ninja 300 Special Edition in the country. Ninja ZX-10R, the elder sibling has been an inspiration to give it a special look along with the unmatched comfort as well as the economy is concerned.
The premium lightweight sports bike features an aggressive look and edgy design having the dual tone color theme styled with custom graphics. The fluorescent green and the silvery white color accentuate the beauty at its best along with the precise carbon black plastic makes the bike look more attractive and sporty. At first glance, it might appear to be a larger capacity sportsbike. In addition to this, the Ninja 300 SE has '300' written on the fairing which was not there on its previous models.
As per the technical specifications, the 2015 version of the Kawasaki Ninja 300 SE comes with a 296cc liquid-cooled, parallel twin engine, belting out 39 PS at 11,000 RPM with a peak torque of 27 Nm available at 10,000 RPM, having a top speed of 180 KMPH (Est.). The new Ninja SE has been priced at Rs. 3.61 Lakhs (ex-showroom, Mumbai).
Besides the silent launch, Kawasaki has also introduced the 2016 Ninja 300 with bold new colors and an updated instrument cluster.
