Lamborghini has recently revealed the much awaited Aventador Superveloce Roadster at the Monterey Car Week in Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance. This limited edition super car will be rolled out with just 500 units and will weigh 50 kg less than the Roadster version. It will employ the same powertrain that is found in the present Roadster, but cosmetic features will be imparted certain upgrades. The intensive use of carbon fiber makes it light in weight, which aids the car to deliver a magnificent performance. It has been designed with the main focus on aerodynamics and mechanical configuration, while the luxury and comfort have not been paid much heed.
This coupe is carried on black colored, beautifully designed wheels that enriches this Roadster's irresistibly good looks. Further, the front and rear bumper will carry a revised look along with a revamped diffuser at the rear end. Moreover, the cabin will flaunt seats covered in leather as well as Alcantara. The interior will also receive a carbon-fiber trimming on the seats and a digital instrument cluster in the cockpit.
The mechanical configuration of this sports model will comprise a 6.5 litre, V12 engine that is powerful enough to pump out an output of 750 Bhp. This motor will be mated to a seven-speed automatic transmission system that will be linked with an AWD setup. The acceleration ability of this powertrain can make the model cover up to 100 km/h in just 2.9 seconds with the top speed reaching to 217 miles per hour.
