The world's most-renowned road-legal super car Bugatti Veyron's production was reported to be halted as only 8 units were remained among the total of 450 units scheduled for sale and now as those 8 units also have been sold out, the company will be ending an era by showing the last 450th model at the upcoming Geneva Motor Show 2015 from March 5 to 15, 2015. The Bugatti Veyron will always be remembered as a car that re-wrote the standard list for the cars claiming to be road-legal super vehicles as the Veyron shattered all the records of speed, acceleration, braking, designing, etc. and it was sometimes called as Jet on the Ground!
The Bugatti Veyron had one of its kind 8.0 Litre W16 engine to produce awe-inspiring 1000 hp power, 10 radiators to make the beast cool, monstrous 14.5 inch tyres and a world-class braking system including the sensor enabled rear wing to stop the car within 10 seconds from its top speed, which is above 400 km/h. The company also launched many exclusive editions of the car in-between to keep the interest alive of the customers with this classy piece of engineering.
Well, as a generation would be ending soon in the March, the company would be working on the successor of the car, but it would take some time to develop it. Mr. Wolfgang Durheimer, President of Bugatti said that “Bugatti's clients are art collectors, and that it takes time to create a work of art.” I guess it's clear that we have to wait for the successor which is rumored to produce around 1500 HP power with electric turbocharges and to be called Chiron.
