An updated version of the Mahindra Bolero is here creating a bustle on the web via a leaked image. Power+, which was earlier set as a temporary name for the compact SUV has now been confirmed and apparently ready for the launch as well. Sourced from Motoroctane, the image included here features the new variant of Bolero and rumored to be a sub-4m four-wheeler from the company, however, proving the same is pretty hard from this single picture. Here we are sharing a detailed insight of the new SUV. Have a glance.
Mahindra Bolero Power+ Exterior:
Upon its first look, it resembles pretty identical to the ongoing model, thereby getting nothing real in the styling aspect. Additions, which have been perceived from the image are a new front grille and new body stickers. On having a closer look, we found an updated bumper along with the headlamps tweaked a little bit. Overall, we can say, the styling is pretty minimal to keep the exterior similar to the current Bolero.
Mahindra Bolero Power+ Interior:
As we are provided with just a single image, revealing the interior clearly would not be possible, however, the reports have got something worth sharing. It exposes softly cushioned seats and voice command recognition device. Furthermore, a digital instrument arrangement is there on the electrical front. The compact SUV will be a 7-seater car. Well, that’s all divulged about the interior as per now, albeit, Mahindra affirms that Power+ would offer a lot more to enchant the audience.
Mahindra Bolero Power+ Powertrain:
Reportedly, the Bolero Power+ is packed with a meaty 1.5L mHawk three cylinder diesel engine concealed beneath the skin. Sources say the mill is sourced from the Mahindra TUV300, however, it is detuned to deliver 70BHP of power and 195NM of torque. Mated with a five-speed manual gearbox and a Micro-Hybrid Start-Stop System, the vehicle is claimed to return about 16.5 Km/l mileage.
Mahindra Bolero Power+ Price:
As far as the price is taken into account, the upcoming Mahindra Bolero Power+ will take a price tag between INR 7.1 lakhs and INR 8.6 lakhs (On-road). Thanks to the compact dimensions and micro-hybrid technology, the prices are anticipated to get reduced further.
