With more and more car manufacturers revealing their festive offers, the longstanding leader of the pack is not far behind too. Maruti recently introduced an all new Swift special edition as part of its pre-festive offer. The Swift special edition carries the same price tag (Rs 4.99 lakh) as the base variant of the Swift LXi/LDi. However, for the same price tag buyers get a whole host of additional features making the budget offer hard to resist.

New editions to the base variant include :
- Two speaker single-din Bluetooth stereo.
- Black Alloys
Standard features include Rear Parking Sensors, ABS, dual front airbags and front power windows. Under the hood, the special edition will carry the same petrol and diesel options as in the standard trim. The petrol trim will come with 83hp,1.2-litre petrol and the diesel trim will be equipped with 75hp, 1.3-litre diesel engine option. AMT is one wish that will remain unfulfilled for
